Shipping & Returns FAQ

Hey! We keep it simple at So Silly Clothing Co. -- it's literally just Daddy, Mommy, & Baby here plugging away at orders and whatnot. We've priced everything here to be competitive with free shipping--but please keep in mind that inflation, shipping prices, and actual costs of goods have skyrocketed in the last few years. This is why we're being very upfront about it ahead of time! :)

Just as a bit of background; we're a print-on-demand company, which means that all of our products are unique and made specifically for you once you order. This means that we're not grabbing a shirt off a shelf; we're sorting, sizing, printing, and pressing it for you when you order it. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind once your order is in production (we put a size guide on every product!).

Some products come from different suppliers, so you may get multiple packages. For example, toddler tees come from a different supplier than stickers, etc.

We're not going to hide the rest of this under some sort of legalspeak blah blah blah, so here are the basics:

THINGS YOU CAN REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE

ITEM DEFECTED OR DAMAGED

    • Did it get there ripped, misprinted, damaged, or did you get something completely different? We try hard to make sure everything is peachy-keen out the door, but sometimes, well, stuff happens. 
    • As long as you contact us within 30 days of product delivery along with a clear photo showing the issue, we can exchange/refund/replace whatever went wrong. 

 

THINGS YOU CANNOT REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE

  • Order is already in production
  • Sizing doesn't fit
    • We put a size guide given to us by the manufacturer on every product -- read carefully!
  • Shipping is taking/took too long
    • C'mon man, we're not Amazon. Some stuff takes time to print and ship, and some stuff has to be replenished in this crazy economy/supply chain. We'll let you know if there's any holdups beyond something reasonable, but please have patience with a small family business.
  • "I put my address in wrong!" 
    • Read carefully before placing your order! If it goes into production we're not guaranteed to be able to cancel it, but we can try to redirect it.
  • "I didn't mean to order!"
    • 😑

At the end of the day, we make fun designs and cute outfits for silly little kids and their silly parents. We're humans behind this screen, not some nameless/faceless corporation. We'll work with you where and when we can if any issues arise, but please keep your expectations reasonable! We will not tolerate abuse.
